Every company can have a Dental Plan

With the cost of a dental visit for a routine checkup and cleaning well in excess of $100, often more than $200 when x-rays are involved, its no wonder that dental insurance is the next most requested benefit after health.  Without a dental plan many employees, especially those with families,  have a difficult time being able to pay for even these basic services and in doing so put themselves at risk of even more costly, and then necessary, procedures down the road.  Unfortunately, in the current economy many companies have had to cut back on dental benefits and many more are considering dropping dental altogether.  We are here with great news!  If you currently have a dental plan we can show you how, by letting each employee decide their desired level of benfits, to continue offering dental to your employees while significantly reducing your costs.  If you don't currently have a dental plan we can install a voluntary plan at no cost to you.  Our experience shows at least 30% of employees will eagerly enroll in completely voluntary dental insurance.   These voluntary plans have no (1 enrolled) or low (3 enrolled) minimum participation requirements and are true dental insurance, not discount programs.

We believe that, at a minimum, a dental insurance plan should cover routine checkups and cleanings every six months with no out of pocket cost and provide basic services such as fillings with only minimal cost.  Different plan designs can go beyond that to include major work (such as root canals and crowns), generally at 50%.   Depending upon your group size and the type of plan you select you may also even offer orthodontia coverage (most plans require a minimum of 10 employees for orthodonia).

Every company can have a vision plan too

With low premiums and benefits covering eye exams, frames and lenses with just small copayments it's easy to see the growing popularity of vision insurance.  Stand-alone plans are available for companies with as few as two employees and can be added as riders to dental plans for just one.  As with dental, vision plans can be employer paid, employee paid or any combination of the two.
