Ronald Haines, president, began in the health insurance industry in 1982 as director of marketing of the Grand Valley Health Plan, a health maintenance organization, and then served as a regional vice president for Capitol American Insurance Company before starting HCI in 1991. In the past fifteen years HCI has grown as an independent brokerage representing leading insurance companies and providing ongoing service to our clients.

Consider us an ongoing resource for both you and your employees’ insurance questions; we pride ourselves on our ability to be helpful. Our experienced office staff is available for assisting with new hires, eligibility questions, and the myriad of issues that might arise during the normal course of business.
