HCI Employee Benefits is an insurance brokerage specializing in working with small businesses in Ohio developing benefit packages to attract and retain employees while controlling costs.  We offer a comprehensive array of insurance products and carriers along with the ancillary services such as cafeteria plans and COBRA administration to provide your company with a complete, competitive benefits program to fit both the needs of your employees and your budget.

 

Ronald Haines, president, began in the health insurance industry in 1982 as director of marketing of the Grand Valley Health Plan, a health maintenance organization, and then served as a regional vice president for Capitol American Insurance Company before starting HCI in 1991.  In the past fifteen years HCI has grown as an independent brokerage representing leading insurance companies and providing ongoing service to our clients.
